
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SKIERS AND SNOWBOARDERS USING THE SLOPE
We have prepared a properly marked and protected ski run. It is safe and guarantees comfort and pleasure while skiing.
1. During the ride behave in such a way so as not to create dangerous situations for other users of the ski run.
2. Adapt the speed to your skills, the kind and condition of the track, weather condition and traffic intensity.
3. Choose such an itinerary so as to avoid collision.
You may overtake on either side at such a distance that enables the overtaken sufficient space for all their manoeuvres. Remember that not everybody is as a good skier as you are.
4. During the ride make sure you are not putting your or the others’ safety at risk.
5. Riding and crossing the course. When starting the downhill run look up and down to make sure you do not create hazardous situation for yourself or for the others. The same applies for each start after you have stopped for a while.
6. Stop only when it is absolutely necessary. Do not stop at narrows or in places with limited visibility. If you fall, move away from the run as soon as possible.
7. Walk up or down only at the edge of the ski run and in case of poor visibility, get off the track altogether.
8. Respect the skiing signs placed on the track, they are there for your safety.
9. In case of an accident, if you are nearby, provide help to the injured.
In case of an accident, the guilty party, the injured and the witness are obliged to give their personal data to the authorised services.
ADDITIONAL RULES CONCERNING SNOWBOARDERS
1. The front foot should be firmly attached to the snowboard.
2. Before any change of riding direction, particularly during acrobatics done backwards, check for the free space behind you and remember to keep a safe distance.
3. While you board is unfastened, turn it immediately and put it on the snow with the binding downwards.
4. While getting on the lift the back foot must be taken off the binding.
